Opening Day at the Guelph Country Club – May 25, 2021
Today we had some 41 ladies out for an exciting day of golf. It was so good to get out and play, even in the heat. Thank you to Celia Ferguson our Ladies’ Captain and Paul Walton for organizing this “wellness day” that was badly needed by all our ladies! Thank you to our “baker” Cathy Densmore for the little snack as we teed off every 10 minutes following all the Covid rules for golf! So safe!! The course is in magnificent condition and now we need some rain. Welcome to our new members – Karen Bonham, Susan Crane, Kathy Gallant and Enid Gough and I would like to wish everyone a wonderful season even though we had the late start, stop, start to this year.
